Jen is down to earth and easy going, which made the home buying process much simpler. There’s so much pressure from the market to get a competitive offer in as quickly as possible. Jen always got her part done with time to spare, and she worked closely with us, the loan agency, and any inspectors to ensure our offers were submitted ahead of schedule. It took several attempts, but she kept us upbeat. We have been in our new home for almost two months now, and we love it – a view of Mt. Tam and the water. What more could we ask for?!
